hi im 13 and i am very knowledgeable about making internet sites and very good at computers and ive helped my freind that is 20 sell advertising on his site and make money from sites like that but the thing is idk if it is legal for ME to do it i hav a paypal acount. also if it is legal i can make alot of money but my parents most likely wont want me to do this but i can have the money in a paypal acount but once i buy
