It starts going to black screen and I returns especially, When I install my video card device to work on games.

When I go in any game It starts going to black a few seconds then, It comes back again.
My video card is ATI and It really annoys me.

I installed a new windows and I didn't install my video card device because of that...

Is there a way to fix that or my video card
